Please Note Important Information Below: (INCLUDING FEES AND PROCESSING TIMES)

Please be aware that due to changes in the laws of California and with State budget cuts on 11/26/03 the State office of Vital Records is no longer allowing walk in counter service for anyone including the general public. **Please Note as of 8/1/2008 because the state of California didn't make their budget the Govenor by Executive order cut 40% of the staff in the State office & surrounding County offices so we are expecting delayes . * Please Note as of 10/3/2008 even though the budget was passed the executive order which cut 40% of the staff will not be lifted until June 2009 so the State office has decided to no longer provide expedited service on any jobs, so all request done thru the State office will take a minium of 4-8 weeks (this doesn't apply to any request that can still be processed at the county level). We have no control over the situation and hope that the current slowdown will stop as soon as the current Government entity decides to lift the executive order. We as always will try to update our site to the changes in process times during these troubling times but we are proud to still be able offer the fastest way to get your certificate for you.

Average County Process times: 2-4 business days delivered to your door.
Average State Office Process times: 4-8 weeks minimum delivered to your door.

Our California Walkthrough service is required for all California Adoptions, Name Changes on the birth certificate (other than by marriage) & all others born in the California Counties of Colusa, Kings, Nevada, Madera, San Bernadino, San Francisco, San Benito, and Yolo) All fees including Our fee, State fee, & FedEx is $149. (Note: Could be delays please read important information above.)

If the forms don't load on your computer when you click on the link above please Click here to learn all about what is required and to download this free software.(most computers have this free software already installed on your computer)

Note: If your order needs to be notarized because you were born in California and your notary uses a stamp then you will have no problem faxing the page to us and you can disregard this information. If your notary uses a raised seal then on a seperate piece of paper go back and forth with a pencil (DON'T GO OVER THE SEAL DIRECTLY WITH THE PENCIL) until you have some graphite shavings, then rub your finger on the graphite shavings, then rub your finger over the seal until the graphite shavings gets in the seal and will show up when you fax the information to our office.
